RMA Procedure

Should a component of your system fail, (with exception to your projection engine lamp-see below) Mauell Corporation has a Return Material Authorization procedure. Following this procedure will ensure that any failed components under warranty will be replaced without any repair/replacement cost to you (with exception to shipment).

Projection Engine Lamp RMA Procedure

Projection engine lamps are treated as a consumable (much like tires and brakes on your car) and typically have a different warranty term than the projectors themselves. When a lamp fails, simply follow the procedure in the below document.
